In pursuance to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Administrative Reforms Department, Shimla Notification No: PER(AR)F(7)-2/98-Vol-I, dated: 21.01.2006, the Board has designate the following Officers as Public Information Officer, Assistant Public Information Officer and Appellate Authority at Board level for citizen to secure access to information under the control of Public authorities for promoting transparency and accountability in the working of every public authority in the Himachal Pradesh Takniki Shiksha Board.

• PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER: Deputy Secretary, Himachal Pradesh Takniki Shiksha Board, Dharamshala at Dari (For all matters delt by the H.P. Takniki Shiksha Board).
• ASSISTANT PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER: Superintendent, Himachal Pradesh Takniki Shiksha Board, Dharamshala at Dari (For all matters delt by the H.P. Takniki Shiksha Board).
• APPELLATE AUTHORITY: Secretary, H.P. Takniki Shiksha Board,Dharamshala at Dari (For all matters delt by the H.P. Takniki Shiksha Board).
