Online Registration

Instructions for filling up of Online Registration form for Polytechnic students 

1. Read Instructions Carefully before filling up of online registration form.
2. Click registration link shown below.
3. Tick Declaration check box
4. Click Proceed button.
5. Enter your PAT/LEET/Pharmacy Registration Number & Press Search button.
6. Enter Mobile Number
7. Enter Email id
8.  Press ‘Send OTP’ button.
9. Enter OTP & Press ‘Validate and Proceed button’.
10. Fill your registration form carefully.
11. Upload all requisite documents strictly as per the format and size mentioned.
12. Click save button
13. Click Payment button. (Payment will be made through online mode only)
14. Click Download Registration form.

Note: - Students are directed to submit  hard copy of registration form along with self attested all requisite documents to your concerned institute.
